Description
The aroma of this Zillertal mountain cheese is reminiscent of peanuts, passion fruit and freshly mown hay. Spicy and mild in taste and fruity on the palate. Made from 100% hay milk, without additives.

Absolute fat: 32%
Consumption temperature: 10 - 15 C (take out of the refrigerator at least 2 hours before consuming)
Age: 3-6 months
