Bergkäserei Zillertal Sliced Emmentaler

This light nutty Emmentaler cheese develops notes of buttermilk and boiled potatoes on the palate. It has aromas of pineapple, honey, nutmeg and almonds.

Tip:

• This cheese is best enjoyed at temperatures between 10 to 15°C - so take it out of the refrigerator two hours before serving.

This product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
