This cheese is allowed to mature for 6 months before it reaches your table. During this time it develops an exquisite and intense aroma. It has a savoury flavour and mildly tart notes. Gourmets will treasure the gentle nuances of cake and buttermilk.

Tip:

• The cheese is best enjoyed at a temperature of 10 to 15°C - so take it out of the fridge two hours before serving.

This product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
