This excellent wine was chosen as the orange wine varietal winner at that year's Falstaff White Wine Gala! The dark, ripe aroma with depth and reverberation is versatile, earthy and reflective. The red-gold to carmine-red wine tastes great with fermented vegetables, ratatouille, mature cheese and braised dishes. Cuvée made from 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Souvignier Gris and 15% Chardonnay
