Nettles:
Nettles are very commonly found in Austria and grow predominantly on swampy, acidic soils. Nettles naturally balance out meadow soil as they help break down the high concentration of uric acid in the soil. These balancing effects make nettles very popular in naturopathy.

Silicon colloid:
Silicon colloid is a component found in the connective and supportive tissue of our bodies. It can be found in the walls of the vessels, cartilage and bones as well as in the skin, hair and nails.
In its colloidal form, it offers the best possible absorption. The silicon colloid used in this product is in an ultra-fine dynamic silica solution with silicon.
A special manufacturing process, whereby water is distilled three times and levitated three times after the silicon is added guarantees the highest purity.

Base powder:
The base powder with calcium, potassium and magnesium rounds off the recipe.

Recommended use:

Mornings and afternoons:

• Take 3 Organic Nettle Capsules with enough liquid.
• Stir 1 tsp Base Powder 100% into liquid, then add 2 pumps of silicon colloid directly to the base powder mixture and drink.
