Description
This proud natural product is matured for a whole year in the aging cellars in Emmi, Austria.
Only rare mountain cheeses are ripened for so long. This necessitates a lot of experience and high level of expertise, and of course a lot of love for the product. This produces the lovely flavor of this spicy cheese. It is excellent with white bread and highly structured red or white wines.
