Tip: if the finest setting is not fine enough for the thinness of the flakes you desire, you can still set it to even thinker. Simply twist the white adjustment knob completely out until you can take it off (IMPORTANT: the rollers must be completely free of food). Take out the small disk that sits between the white adjustment knob and the rollers. Now you can adjust the thinness further.
