KoMo Flour Sifter

The KoMo flour sifter (available in 2 sizes) allows you to sift the bran from wholemeal flours in order to get a stronger dough. Bran is produced while grinding whole grain into flour and can be separated from the flour by sifting. It is made up of pieces of the husk, the aleurone layer and germ. Bran can be consumed as part of a healthy diet in the form of muesli or crispbread.
