When using the Classic Vanille by QimiQ which is made from real Austrian cream, there is no need to add gelatine. With the gluten-free cream base, creams to be used as fillings in cakes and tarts can set to a texture that makes it easy to slice. It is a natural product made from 93% Austrian cream and vanilla extract!
Easy to use:
- Beat the unchilled QimiQ Classic Vanilla with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
- Add ingredients according to the recipe.
- Cool.
Shelf life:
- Lasts for at least 12 months unopened at room temperature
- Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 to 4 days
- German packaging!
