Recheis organic pasta are made with Austrian organic durum wheat semolina, organic eggs from Austrian free-range farming and fresh water from the Karwendel nature reserve. That's what gives them a highly aromatic taste in the finest organic quality.
They can be enjoyed as creamy pan-fried dishes or with ragouts, in hearty salads, casseroles or with classic sauces and pesto. They retain a tender bite and have a delicate consistency when cooked to al dente perfection. Plus: The 100% paper packaging can be recycled with your household paper.
Note: Cook the pasta in a large pot with 1 litre of salted water per 100 grams of pasta. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes until al dente, depending on the type. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
