Arnica: the egg-yolk yellow flowers of the Arnica plant are easily recognisable. The plant belongs to the daisy family (Asteraceae) and is poisonous if ingested. It is endangered in parts of Europe and is a protected plant. Due to its great natural properties, the plant has always been very valuable in the field of natural medicine. It blooms from May to August and was highly regarded by Hildegard von Bingen.

Rosemary: is an evergreen member of the Lamiaceae family of flowering plant commonly known as the mint family. Rosemary grows in the Mediterranean and prefers dry, calcium rich soil. It is known for its intense fragrance and is often used for incense and seasoning food. Rosemary traditionally symbolises love and was often worn as a hair ornament by brides on their wedding days.

Recommended use: depending on the size of your tub, add 1 1/2 to 2 capfuls to running bathwater.
