Tip: The Zotter fruit bars are also ideal as a cupcake topping. For Christmas cranberry cupcakes, simply melt 3 Sweet Christmas Berries bars over a water bath. Let cool and mix with whipped cream or vegan cream substitute. Let it cool in the fridge for at least two hours, then pour it into a piping bag and use it to decorate cupcakes. The amount is usually enough for twelve cupcakes.
