Description

This flavourful rye bread mix is made with a typical Austrian spice mixture of cumin, fennel and coriander. Crunchy pumpkin seeds and healthy walnuts are included in the mix to add a delightful crunch.

Instructions:
Add the contents of the mix in the bowl and add 450 ml of warm water. Knead vigorously and shape into a large loaf or small rolls. Place on a tray covered with baking paper and let rest for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C on top & bottom heat (depending on the size of the loaf) for 20-30 minutes.

Tip: Rye dough is very sticky. Knead the dough in the bowl first and once the water has been absorbed, finish on a well-floured work surface!
