Description
Enjoy these fruity organic blueberry biscuits as a little snack with a cup of tea or coffee. Free from added colourings and preservatives they are easy to prepare and perfect for the whole family. The tin is also a great container to store your goodies after baking.
Other ingredients you need:
- 120 gm butter, cold
- 1 egg
Method:
- Place the baking mix in a bowl.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces.
- Separate the egg and add the yolk to the bowl.
- Knead the dough with the food processor or by hand for 2 - 3 minutes. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for an hour (or overnight).
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm and cut out biscuits in your favourite shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C (top and bottom heat) on the middle shelf for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- You can decorate or fill the biscuits if you wish.
