Renée Hanslik is an expert in healthy nutrition but realised the magnitude of the problem when she was confronted with food intolerances in her own family. Since the problem of fructose intolerance affects around 15% of the population, she decided to create and market delicious products without fructose and gluten. These products help to extend the range of "Free From" foods available and enable many people to enjoy their favourite foods.
