The high-quality hemp seed oil by CBD Vital is obtained using a gentle cold-pressing technique that preserves the valuable ingredients. The oil is therefore rich in vitamins, carotenoids, unsaturated fatty acids and chlorophyll. Hemp nut oil is an optimal alternative for vegans and vegetarians and has the optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids (3:1).
Recommended dose: Take 1-2 tablespoons of hemp seed oil daily about 30 minutes after a meal.
