The tomatoes used to make this ketchup are organic and sourced from farmers in Tuscany. They travel a short distance before they are processed and bottled. Only half the regular amount of sugar and salt is needed in this recipe because it is made with freshly harvested tomatoes, apples and onions. It is vegan, gluten- and lactose-free. It has been the winner of the Great Taste Award three years in a row for its fresh and fruity taste.
