Mulled wine is one of the most popular culinary delights of the Christmas season. Use this spice mix to make a traditional, authentic Austrian mulled wine. The mixture of coriander, sweet orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and allspice gives the mulled wine its irresistible taste!
Preparation:
- add some of the spice mix to red wine and let it simmer
- sweeten according to taste
