DIE KÄSEMACHER brand is rightly proud of their "granitbeißer" cheeses. These hard cheeses are made from sheep and goat's milk that have been matured for at least 3 months. The cheeses are coated with spices - in this case, pepper and paprika. The cheese can be grated or sliced over warm dishes and will melt and become creamy, adding special, spicy accents. The "pepper" goes well with meat dishes like steak or burgers.
