Made from the juice of perfectly ripe cherries, this vinegar is perfect for dressing dark leaf salads such as Lollo Rosso or Batavia. It is also a great addition to the flavor of rich sauces, game or beef.

Beet Salad
Cook young beetroot in cumin water, peel, then marinate with cherry vinegar and corn oil, and sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish.
