The Quince Jam by Obsthof Christandl has an intense, fruity taste and is made from high-quality, fully ripe fruits. Quinces have to be stored for a while after being harvested in order for them to develop their full aroma. They are then carefully processed by hand to make this delicious jam. Quinces have a delicate lemon aroma and are rich in vitamin C.
