Österreichische Bergkräuter Green Tea
After they start to wither, the freshly picked tea leaves are briefly heated, roasted or steamed to prevent fermentation. For this reason, almost all active ingredients remain in the fresh leaf. No artificial flavours are added. The only other process the tea leaves receive is a process to roll them and make them supple.
For a fine, mild flavour, take a teaspoon of the tea and pour 1/4 litre of 70 ° C hot water over it. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
