Description

The specially developed competition and sports drink scores with its scientifically designed mixing ratio. This is because the rapid absorption of carbohydrates and water replaces energy gels and bars during athletic performance.
In addition, the drink contains branched-chain amino acids (BCAA's) and high salt content for less fluid loss. However, artificial colouring was deliberately avoided.

Consumption recommendation:
Ideal preparation for all intensive training sessions: 80 g per 1 litre or 60 g per 0.75 litres of water.
Basic endurance: 20g-40g per hour per 0.75-1 litre of water. 1 measuring spoon corresponds to 20g.
