The Riess Mini Baking & Serving Dish is a versatile addition to any kitchen.

Its sturdy iron core distributes heat evenly and retains warmth for longer, helping food stay hot when served at the table. From bubbling bakes and crisp gratins to brunch side dishes, the timeless black enamel makes every dish look elegant when served. The taste-neutral surface preserves the natural flavour of the ingredients without affecting the aroma.

The dish is also exceptionally robust. Food can be cut directly in the dish with a knife and fork without scratching the surface. After cooking, the matching lid (available separately) can be placed on top for storage in the fridge. Turned upside down, it also doubles as a grill and serving plate.

Care instructions:

• Reduce the temperature once the desired heat has been reached.
• Use the gentle glass wash cycle in the dishwasher or, even better, wash by hand with scouring cream and soft sponges/brushes.

• Dry thoroughly after washing and before putting it away.
