Samen Maier Organic Tomatoes - Bernese Rose (Beef Tomato)

These meaty tomatoes delight with their excellent flavour and slightly pink and juicy pulp. They need a location that's protected from the sun, wind and rain with nutrient-rich, humus-rich soil.

After transplanting you should put the tomato plants in a light and airy place or plant them a cold frame. They should only be planted outdoors after mid-May. Make sure to loosen and fertilize the soil before planting. You should water the tomatoes well until the first significant growth spurt, then sparingly.
