ZIRP Insects Pancake Mix

This pancake mix by Zirp contains high-quality insect protein from mealworms and spelt flour. Make a batch of delicious, nutritious and easy pancakes for a hearty breakfast. Contains no artificial flavours or preservatives.

You can refine your pancakes with fresh fruit or other ZIRP Insect products.

Additionally required:

• Oat milk
• Vegetable oil
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Powdered sugar
• Measuring cup

Method:

1. Mix the contents of the pack with 250 ml oat milk (or cow's milk, water, etc.), 60 ml vegetable oil and 30 ml apple cider vinegar in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
2. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and cook over medium heat for 30-40 seconds per side.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!

If you are allergic to house dust mites, crustaceans, molluscs and shellfish, you should avoid eating insects.
