Bergkäserei Zillertal Sliced Mountain Cheese (Matured for 3 Months)

This savoury sliced cheese is matured for at least 3 months, during which time its intense aromas and flavours are allowed to develop. It has a savoury taste and is intensely spicy with mildly tart notes. Gourmets will treasure the gentle nuances of cake and buttermilk.

Tip:

• The cheese is best enjoyed at a temperature of 10 to 15°C - so take it out of the fridge two hours before serving.

This product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
