Description
Walnut smoking chunks are fantastic for smoking foods with their nutty, sweet aroma. The 8-10 cm pieces are untreated and air-dried. All Köhlerei Hochecker products are processed and packed by hand. Walnut smoking chunks are particularly suitable for pork and poultry.
Instructions for use:
- Before using, soak the chunks in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain excess water.
- Place the required amount of chunks on glowing charcoal.
- This release the aromatic smoke and the meat takes on a fine smoky taste.
