No "Asado" barbecue is complete without Chimichurri! The world-famous green sauce goes well with grilled beef, chicken, pork, fish and seafood. For this spice mixture, the classic recipe was spiced up and supplemented with carefully selected spices for an incomparably aromatic finish.
How to make Chimichurri:
- Mix high-quality olive oil with white wine vinegar in equal parts, season and enjoy. If you like sweet or fruity flavours, you can add some cane sugar or lime or lemon juice instead of vinegar.
- Delicious as a dip or as a marinade.
