Preparing your own herbal butter can be so easy! With this classic blend of herbs and spices, you'll succeed in no time. Untreated sea salt, parsley, dill, chives, onion, garlic, pepper, paprika, basil, oregano, marjoram and turmeric make a perfect base for all dips, sauces and dressings. The seasoning can be used for grilled meat, meat and vegetable dishes.
Herbal Butter Recipe
- Beat the butter until fluffy, then heat up the spice blend with a little water in a small saucepan. When the spices are warm stir them into the frothy butter. Pour into a mould and chill.
Our tip:
- Prepare larger amounts (eg 45 g spice for 500 g butter) and freeze in reusable ice cube containers.
