Good to know: Professional chef Roland Trettl was able to gain a lot of experience as Executive Chef in the famous Ikarus Restaurant in the Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg. Born in Italy, he is known to many from his appearances on TV and has also authored a number of cookbooks.
