Description

This hand-scooped chocolate from Zotter combines dark milk chocolate with a layer of crunchy biscuit almond nougat and a layer of cheesecake ganache made from quark cheese, white chocolate and yoghurt couverture. A thin layer of blueberry couverture is hidden between the two layers. Delicate notes of gingerbread aroma caress the palate with every bite.
