Description

Starring in this exquisite handmade creation is a delicate red wine ganache star. It is made with Olivin, a fine red wine from Winkler-Hermaden, dark chocolate and vegan white rice couverture. Refined with genuine vanilla, the ganache is encased in a layer of dark chocolate (70% cocoa).
