Zotter Schokoladen Organic Star with Rasberry Filling

Instead of gifting your loved ones poinsettias this year, try this beautiful chocolate star! The chocolate comes in a pretty Christmas package. It is made of milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content and is filled with fruity raspberry cream.

The star is decorated with two moons made of coconut chocolate and crispy raspberry chocolate flakes. Their pink raspberry colour comes only from the dried raspberries and not from any added dyes.

Each star is decorated by hand with pure cocoa nibs and white chocolate coated cocoa nibs and patterns made of white chocolate and apricot couverture.
