Description
This yellow/gold semolina was a staple for the Incas, Mayas and Aztecs. Today corn semolina is primarily used for polenta or grits, but can also be used for making delicious desserts.
BioKing gets its corn from Italy, where it is grown by selected organic farmers under optimal climate conditions. It is harvested particularly late.
