Description
The Medium Grain Brown Rice by SteirerReis Fuchs is cultivated, harvested, processed and packaged in Klöch, Styria. The rice is cultivated using the dry cultivation method which requires significantly less water than the traditional method. It is processed in their own plant in Klöch which is the largest and most modern facility of its kind in Austria. It is vacuum-packed and the unopened pack can be stored for years without losing its taste. It is suitable for classic rice dishes, risotto and sushi.
