As we grow older, the spermidine content in the body's cells naturally declines. spermidineLIFE® features the unique CelVio Complex, which combines concentrated, natural spermidine with a variety of other naturally occurring substances, including spermine, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. The CelVio Complex ensures that only natural spermidine is utilised throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.
Recommended Intake: Take 2 capsules daily with liquid during a meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Consume within 2 months after opening.
One pack of spermidineLIFE® provides a 1-month supply and contains 60 capsules. Net weight 32 g. Gelatine-free.

Nothing exceptional
Having listened to the Dave Asprey podcast on spermidine I was keen to try the product. Admittedly it’s been under a month, but I’m a little underwhelmed by any change I’ve noticed. Given the price I won’t be buying again.
