Description

Lightly salted and air-dried, the flavourful high-quality fat nearly melts in the mouth while the meat has a pleasantly tender texture.

Slice the guanciale thinly and serve with starters or antipasti. It is also ideal for preparing classic Italian dishes such as spaghetti carbonara.
