Description
This delicious pasta is a treat for mushroom lovers! The pasta is refined with powdered porcini mushrooms which gives it an appetising, dark brown colour and delicious aroma.
It is made with fresh free-range eggs from the Altmüller farm.
Tip: The cooking water from the pasta can be used as a basis for soups or sauces. You can also preserve the water as ice cubes and use it later as stock.
