Compared to fresh yeast, this high-quality dry yeast from Bake Affair has a longer shelf life and is easier to measure out.
Tip:
- Dough made using dry yeast rises best at temperatures between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius
Application:
- Use 1 tbsp for every 1/2 kg of flour
- Mix carefully with the flour
- No need to proof
- Store in a cool place
