Description

This protein pancake mixture of whole oat grain powder and 2 different protein sources can be quickly and easily prepared. Use it for sweet or savoury dishes!

Preparation for 1 serving:
1 serving = 50g powder = 2 pancakes

  • Mix 50 g (about 5 heaped tablespoons) with 80 ml cold water
  • Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat and cook the pancakes until golden brown with or without fat
  • Enjoy with sweet or savoury toppings
