Condimento Bianco is a balsamic vinegar. It is one of the best loved seasonings among connoisseurs and top chefs. Its flavour goes perfectly with dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, fish, asparagus and salads. It is also suitable for seasoning vegetables and reducing sauces.

The high quality vinegar is made with carefully selected and carefully grown grapes. It grapes are grown using biodynamic cultivation and the vinegar is based on a traditional recipe. It does not contain any additives and is a purely natural product.

• Thanks to the completely natural production, there are slight fluctuations between different batches, which is a sign of the authenticity of the vinegar.
• After filling, the vinegar continues to ferment in the bottle, which means that the colour and flavour can become more intense over time. Sediment may also form on the bottom.
