Description
The "Rosenmarille" variety of apricot comes from Hungary originally and is a rarity that now mainly grows in Lower Austria. This intensely fruity jam is made from this particularly aromatic apricot variety. It has a 50% fruit content and is gently cooked with sugar, lemon juice and pectic according to a traditional recipe. Very popular among young and old alike.
