The Darbo Elderflower Syrup is a popular classic in Austria! The elderflower syrup is also a popular ingredient in summer cocktails, for example, in a "Hugo", which is made by mixing the syrup with prosecco and mineral water, then adding a splash of lime juice or lime slices to taste and garnishing with fresh mint.
