Description
A true classic by Darbo - this strawberry jam owes its fine fruity taste to a 50% fruit content. Ripe, aromatic strawberries are gently processed with sugar, lemon juice concentrate and pectin, a gelling agent - slowly stirred to retain the full flavours. The finely strained jam is delicious as a breakfast spread, as a topping on cereal, porridge or muesli, as a baking ingredient and much more.
