Destillerie Farthofer Williams Pear Organic Brandy

This precious brandy from the valuable Williams pear is processed so gently that one has the feeling of biting into a fresh pear!

The fully ripe Williams pears grow in the Mostviertel region of Lower Austria and in Styria under perfect conditions and reach full maturity after storage in wooden barrels.

The wonderfully fragrant aroma gives the brandy its special touch. The pure pear fruit flavour is obtained thanks to the fine, neat removal of the stalks and cores. The Williams pear aroma could not be fresher!

The brandy also ensures a full-bodied and long finish. The liquor from the year 2011 contains 40% vol. and is available in a 0.35-litre bottle.
