Description

This creamy, mildly sour cream cheese is made from Austrian cow's milk. The bacon is wrapped by hand around the cheese, which is marinated in rapeseed oil. Enjoy on a slice of brown bread for a great snack in between meals!

The bacon-wrapped pieces of cheese are also great on a cold cut platter and taste delicious with pickled or fresh vegetables, sausage, cold cuts and semi-hard cheeses. They also taste great in salads.
