This mild sheep's cheese is hand-made from milk from regional sheep (from the Waldviertel, Mostviertel and Mühlviertel regions of Austria) according to an old Waldviertel traditional recipe. The flavourful sheep's cheese bites are marinated with selected herbs and spices such as chilli, paprika extract and garlic.
