I discovered this blend while I was in Poland on holiday! I had this fabulous wild game dish and had to ask what the seasoning was. Magdalena, the cook, explained to me that she used a recipe that has been passed down through her family for generations. Thankfully the recipe wasn't a secret, so I'm able to share it with you today!
