Description

The handmade grape jelly by DOSPA is made using the nearly 250-year-old recipes of the Teutonic Sisters (Deutschordensschwestern) in their monastery in Friesach, Carinthia. The monastery is more than 800 years old and some of the organic fruits are from the nuns' own monastery gardens, where the jelly is then made in the small but exclusive factory!
